We choose our sessions and admin time to suit our lifestyles. On the days that we work our hours are 09:30 to 14:30, though not inclusive, and only work in the school holidays if we want to and it suits our plans with the children.
We run sessions in the mornings on the days that suit us, checking e-mails and Facebook throughout our working day and then have one or two afternoons a week for admin, though if the school play, lunch date or any other fun events fall on that afternoon, we just swap it to another day. This way, we still get to go to the gym, do the housework ☹, and most importantly are always there for our children.
This is the way we encourage our Franchisees to work as well, though it is completely up to them to pick and choose what suits their lifestyles best.
Our franchise package has been created with a British Franchise Association approved solicitor ensuring that our Franchise Agreement is both ethical and fair ensuring as the franchisee, you have the opportunity to run a successful business. Our territories are allocated on real business related statistics, not just postcode and generic population and the area is large enough to ensure that there is potential for growth if and when needed. No pressure, the choice is completely up to you, the franchisee. The area is also exclusive, so you won’t be competing with any other Ragdolly Annas franchises.

We have created a comprehensive franchise package based on what we know is needed for a business start-up. Providing you with over 200 items of equipment, uniform, insurance and music licence, full training to cover all aspects of running your business including the running of sessions and parties, business promotion and customer engagement, the day to day running of your business administration, finance processes, support tools and much, much more. We are here for you every step of the way. This is why there is no management fee for the 1st year of running a Ragdolly Annas franchise or until you meet a mutually agreed revenue target, whichever comes first. We also provide on the job training as well as 1-2-1 training in every aspect of running the business side of things with a dedicated mentor available for 6 months from go-live, then on-going support from your mentor as and when needed, as well as support from the wider Ragdolly Annas community.
