We are looking for session leaders in the following areas: Milton Keynes, Luton and Dunstable, South Northants and Central Bedfordshire.

We are not going to lie, this job isn’t for everyone. We want to be totally honest and upfront with you about what’s involved and the type of person you need to be to join the Ragdolly Annas Team.
You will need to have a natural energy, the sort that gravitates people towards you (people need to know you are in the room), You need to love children and get genuine joy from seeing their joy! You need to be compassionate, have empathy, be a brilliant communicator to grown ups and children alike and also enjoy being the centre of attention! You need to be able to commit to at least nine hours work a week and be able to work independently and be reactive! We are looking for people with big personalities, a strong work ethic, who want to wake up every day and look forward to going to their job! If you love a kitchen disco, or are always the first one up on a dance floor, then maybe this is the job for you!
You don’t need to have ever worked in the children’s industry before, you don’t need to be able to sing in tune and you don’t need to play a musical instrument! It’s all about enthusiasm and energy!
A Ragdolly Annas Session Leader will be expected to run a minimum of six 0-5’s music and rhyme sessions a week (two per morning) from local halls and community centres. As well as that there will be adhoc party entertainment work (some weekends) and the potential to run additional SEND sessions – plus be comfortable on camera in case we need to revert to online sessions!
In return Ragdolly Annas will offer you a great hourly rate, the opportunity to increase your hours as it suits, job role expansion, full training and unconditional support. This role is term time only so would suit someone who has children in full time education.
